  • Intellectual Property: The wordmark “Omnimogul” and the OmniMogul logo are the trademarked property of OmniMogul Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. You retain ownership of your existing intellectual property, while we own the creative work and data generated during our collaboration.
  • Confidentiality: We maintain strict data security measures and treat all your information with the utmost confidentiality. You agree to protect our confidential information as well.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages or losses is limited to the fees paid for your project. We do not cover indirect or consequential damages.
  • Termination: The agreement can be terminated by either party under specific conditions, such as breach of terms, non-payment, or project cancellation. Both parties will attempt to resolve any issues amicably before formal termination.
  • Governing Law: The agreement and any disputes will be governed by the laws of New Delhi, India.
